All t-shirts will be custom made upon request, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery and possibly slightly longer if shipping outside of the UK. Please note that colours may vary slightly.
Please note that due to unknown shipping costs, my webstore will only allow purchases of canvas prints and original paintings to be shipped to locations within the UK. However, I would like to accommodate everyone. If you live outside of the UK and would like to order a canvas print or original painting, please email me.
Shipping costs for T-shirts as follows:
UK £1.50 + £2 per additional item
Europe £3.95 + £2.50 per additional item
Rest of the World £5.05 + £2.50 per additional item
I sincerely hope that you'll be happy with everything that you purchase from my store, however, if this is not the case, I can offer to refund any item you are unhappy with, on the condition that it is in a saleable state when returned within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. When returning items, please place your returned goods in their original packaging.
If you would like to return an item, please email me with your reason for a refund and I'll respond accordingly. I will refund you within 30 days of the day that I email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to me within the 14 day returns period.
If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please don't hesitate to email me and I will see if it is suitable for a returns refund. Then, when returning said item, please state the fault on a returns note which you include inside the returned package. I will then examine the returned product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time. Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges incurred in returning the item.
In the event that I do not receive your returned goods, I will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
I will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
If you would rather exchange a purchased item for an item of equal value from my store, please email and I will be able to arrange this. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process a returning an item as outlined above. Unfortunately, any costs incurred in returning the product will have to be covered by yourself.
In addition to my returns policy, you can cancel your contract with me at any time within 7 working days beginning on the day after you place your order, provided I haven't already dispatched your order.

A Call For Nature
In May 2018, new legislation came into force called the general data protection regulation. It’s all to do with the information that companies (including A Call For Nature) hold about our customers (you!)
Businesses need to have a clear and visible policy about such information and this document is intended to explain to you what that is.
Firstly the only information that I hold about customers is their contact details (name, address and email) as supplied by PayPal. When a customer makes an order, I need the contact info to post the orders. I store this info on my business computer and in paper records. I have NEVER shared this info with other organisations and never will.
When you make a payment on my website, by card or PayPal, you will be redirected to their websites to complete the transaction. A Call For Nature doesn't get to see info such as card numbers and this info is NOT stored anywhere on my website/files.
Your order history is not stored either on my website.
